I love cycling and doing weights and I have had a personal trainer myself for the last 5 ½ years.
It is not understatement to say that getting a personal trainer has changed my life and my attitude completely, both towards exercise and how I feel about my body.
I wasn’t into fitness, I didn’t’ find exercise fun. But that has all changed. I would never have thought it possible.
This change has been my inspiration. Now I want to do the same for others as my PT has done for me.

I am now a qualified Personal Trainer, specialising in helping older adults.
I could have chosen to work at a gym training clients but that’s not what I want to do, nor why I chose to get my qualifications. I want to reach people that wouldn’t normally go down that avenue.
I am truly believe it’s never too late to alter your lifestyle to become healthier. It doesn’t matter what age you are or how unfit you feel, changes can be made that will make a true difference to your entire life.
I want to be the one to help people make that difference.
I want to be the one to support and motivate people to have a healthier and more fulfilling life.
